RAJIV PANCHOLY | Chairman & CEO, TenXc Wireless

Rajiv has amassed nearly three decades of experience in the telecommunications world. His background embraces all facets of the industry,  from the design and commercialization of network equipment to the management of a telecom service provider.

Before coming to TenXc, Rajiv was the President and CEO of Mitec Telecom Inc., a  designer and manufacturer of wireless network products, where he successfully spearheaded key growth initiatives and a business turnaround.

His previous assignments include President and Chief Operating Officer of Microcell Connexions Inc., where Rajiv presided over Microcell becoming the first Canadian carrier to nationally launch commercial high speed wireless data services. Prior to joining Microcell, Rajiv held a number of senior management positions with Nortel Networks.

Recently, Rajiv was engaged as an Advisor to the Telecom Policy Review Panel launched by Industry Canada to make recommendations on Canadian Telecom Policy for the next decade. He has also been extensively involved in mentoring many start up companies in Canada and the U.S.

Rajiv holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from McGill University and a Masters of Science in Applied Physics and Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Will Jin | Senior Vice President, Investments, Covington Capital Corporation

Will joined Covington in November 2002 and his responsibilities include the assessment, execution, management of existing investments and management of exit investment opportunities. Will focuses on transactions in the service, distribution, manufacturing, and software sectors.

Prior to joining Covington, Will was a partner with a Toronto based investment banking boutique, with over 11 years financial industry experience specializing in M&A advisory and valuations.

Will holds an HBA and MBA degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Toronto Society of Financial Analysis. Will currently sits on the Board or functions as an observer on the Board of several portfolio companies.

ALI SHADMAN | General Partner, JK&B Capital

Ali has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  Immediately prior to joining JK&B, he was the President of Ameritech New Media.  Ali  was also Ameritech's designee on the board of Americast, a joint venture between Ameritech, Walt Disney, GTE, Bell South, and SNET. Prior to that, he held a variety of positions with Ameritech, including Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Vice President of Operations and Business Development.

Before joining Ameritech, Ali was with MCI Telecommunications where he was the Director of Technology Development, and with INTELSAT where he was a member of the technical staff.

Ali is on the Board of Directors of Atrica, Ivivity, Lenslet Labs, Seaway Networks, and Sheer Networks and participates with the Board of Directors of Aperto Networks and Nanochip. He  earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, an M.S.E.E. and a B.S.E.E. from Oregon State University.
