Rajiv is a
veteran of the
telecommunications industry with
over twenty four years of
experience in all aspects of
telecommunications, ranging from
design and commercialization of
network equipment, to management
of a telecom service provider.
With his extraordinarily rich
telecom background, he brings a
wealth of leadership experience
and industry insights to the
company.
Most
recently, Rajiv was an Advisor
to the Telecom Policy Review
Panel launched by Industry
Canada to make recommendations
on Canadian Telecom Policy for
the next decade.
Prior to
this appointment, he was the
President and CEO of Mitec
Telecom Inc., a leading designer
and manufacturer of wireless
network products, where he
successfully turned around an
ailing business.
His
previous assignments include
President and Chief Operating
Officer of Canada's fourth
largest national wireless
operator, Microcell Connexions
Inc. During his tenure, Rajiv
presided over Microcell becoming
the first Canadian carrier to
nationally launch commercial
high speed wireless data
services, including a
collaborative project with
Research In Motion to develop a
voice/data version of the
Blackberry based on the GSM/GPRS
standard. Prior to joining
Microcell in 1999, Rajiv held a
number of senior management
positions of increasing
responsibility with Nortel
Networks. In his last role with
Nortel, Rajiv was Vice-President
and General Manager of the Open
Speech group, responsible for
speech recognition and IVR
products.
Rajiv
holds a Masters in Electrical
Engineering from McGill
University and a Masters of
Science in Applied Physics and
Electronics from the Indian
Institute of Technology. |

Mark Cosgrove has been in been in the wireless industry for over 25 years,
specifically being involved with the rollout and operation
of cellular networks. Mark served on the original
specification groups writing the GSM standard and led the
initial introduction of GSM in to the UK; He built and
managed cellular networks in Europe, Asia and America before
becoming Director of RF Engineering for T-Mobile in the USA.
He joined TenXc Wireless in 2006, initially introducing the
Bi Sector Array product in to the USA before moving to India
to launch TenXc Wireless India
Mark holds a Bachelor of
Honour’s degree in Telecommunication from the University of
Essex, UK.

Jean
Marc has over 25 years of international manufacturing and supply
chain management experience in the telecom industry. Prior to
joining TenXc Wireless, Jean Marc was responsible for
Operations, Supply Chain and Product Development at Mitec
Telecom. Jean Marc also held a senior position with global
contract manufacturer. Before that Jean marc spent 20+ years at
Nortel Networks in a variety of senior manufacturing,
engineering, and quality roles responsible for products ranging
from high capacity optical products to outside plant equipment.
Jean Marc has lead several supply chain optimization projects
implementing global supply strategies and is a Mechanical
Engineering graduate from Concordia University in Montreal. |

KK Raman has been in Electronics and Telecom field for the
past three decades, covering all aspects of the industry,
ranging from shop floor management, product testing, system
integration, project management, network design, implementation
and management, business development, proposal preparation, to
training and development. For the past twelve years he is with
GSM and CDMA networks in India, He has
handled Business Development for telecom companies for products
such as GSM/CDMA Repeaters, filters, HF radios, handheld radios,
digital switches, microwave products etc. He has
also been the CTO for GSM networks for three leading operators
in India.
Raman holds a Masters Degree in Business
Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication
from Delhi University, and a Masters Degree in Computer Science
from Indian Institute of Technology. |
