Indian GSM Carrier to Expand Network with TenXc’s Bi-Sector ArraysOttawa, Canada, Jan. 21, 2009 – TenXc Wireless Inc. announced today that it has received an order for Bi-Sector Arrays from a rapidly expanding Indian wireless operator. Various models of TenXc’s Bi-Sector™ Arrays will be implemented to facilitate growth of their 900 MHz band and 1800 MHz band GSM networks. “India is one of the world’s fastest growing mobile markets,” said Rajiv Pancholy, CEO and Chairman of TenXc Wireless. “ With 8 to 10 million new subscribers per month, several existing and new operators are building their infrastructure to cater to this demand. Sector-splitting can provide operators with up to double their existing network capacity in a cost-effective manner.
